The Kitchen
A Tradition that comes from Capri, meets Rome, and blends the flavors of the sea and land. Chef Eduardo Tarantino Jr. was born on Capri with his grandfather Eduardo, a Capri chef and restaurateur, where he took his first steps in the family's restaurants. Today, Eduardo Jr. offers his cuisine in Rome, offering dishes from the sea and land under the watchful eye of his wife Sara, the guardian of Roman cuisine for generations. This encounter between Capri and Rome, which has been repeated from the Emperor Tiberius to the present day, is the perfect synthesis of tasty Italian cuisine, with few frills, simplicity, and attention to the quality of raw ingredients, following the seasons.
